Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Statistics and audience monitoring
We use the WPMUDEV analysis tool to anonymously collect your data and measure the audience of the live site.
Use and transmission of your personal data
We use your personal data to enable the e-commerce platform to work.
As RAZORBAK SAS is our technical provider, the latter has access to all of your data.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if this is possible), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How we protect your data
All our servers are encrypted and only the technical team has access. The respective administrators of each of the sites in our network, namely our customers, only have access to their back office.
All of our servers have a firewall on open ports. We use Fail2Ban to monitor our server traffic and prevent brute force SSH or SSH DDOS attacks. Several unsuccessful login attempts from the SSH port will cause IP blocking for several hours.
Each of our web applications is associated with its own web server and PHP configurations. Even if one of our web applications is hacked because of a vulnerability, this isolation ensures that it can not “contaminate” the rest of the server.
Backups of the entire infrastructure are done every day.
